Who we are
Mushin is an Australian automation studio. Throughout these terms, “Mushin”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business. “You” means anyone visiting this website or contacting us through it.
Using this website
You agree to use the site reasonably. That means:
- Don't try to break, probe or interfere with the site or its underlying systems.
- Don't scrape, copy or republish content without our written permission.
- Don't use the site to do anything illegal or to mislead other people.
The information here is general
Anything we publish on this website — articles, examples, case studies, descriptions of how automations work — is general information only. It isn't advice for your specific business, and it shouldn't be treated as a guarantee of results. Real engagements are always scoped, written down, and signed off in advance.
Discovery calls and enquiries
Booking a discovery call or sending us an enquiry doesn't create a binding engagement. We'll only start paid work once we've agreed scope, deliverables and price in writing.
Intellectual property
The Mushin name, logo, copy and visual design on this site are ours. The third-party tools we mention (such as n8n, Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, Shopify) are the property of their respective owners — we're an independent studio and we're not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we explicitly say so.
Third-party services
We may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control those, and we're not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Mushin isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Lawthat can't lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're happy with the updated terms.
